Teens Summer Camp - Japanese Language and Culture

The Edmonton Japanese Community Association is offering a week-long Japanese summer camp for teens. 

In addition to learning basic Japanese language, participants will also have the opportunity to experience different aspects of  Japanese culture such as Karate, Japanese traditional dance,  Ikebana and more. This year's camp will, for the first time, include a tea ceremony experience at the Japanese pavilion in the U of A's Botanical garden, a walk through the Japanese garden in yukata and selfies.

Date:  August 8th - August 12th, 2022 

Time:  9:30 am - 4:30 pm   

Location:  EJCA Centre at 6750 88th Street, Edmonton              

Costs:         $300    Sibling Discount: 2nd child is $280                      Entrance fee for Botanical Garden included                         EJCA membership required!   Membership (ejca.org)

Cancellation Policies: 

• Cancellations received prior to midnight July 25, 2022 are entitled to a refund of 50% of the camp fees. No refunds will be issued after July 26, 2022. 
• If the camp is cancelled by EJCA due to COVID-19 or for other reasons, a full refund will be given.
• EJCA will accommodate COVID-19 whenever possible.
