EJCA 2021 Annual General Meeting

２０２１年次総会

Date/Time: October 23, Saturday, 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm

Attendees: EJCA 2021 members

Location: EJCA Centre (Covid-19 restrictions apply) or Online.

Agenda: A complete Agenda will be available at the meeting. There is mostly standard business that is required (2020 AGM Minutes, Financial Statements, Reports and Presentations, Election of Next Year’s Board of Directors, and motions).

Arrangements are being made for gift cards of Japanese restaurants to members who pre-register and attend the AGM. This will include both in-person and online attendance.

Sorry for any extra efforts, but please register your family members separately (using your family member account email to log in each time) as we have to count the number of attendees. The limit of attendees is 40 each at the centre and online.

議案：　議案は当日お渡しいたします。（2020年度総会議事録承認、会計報告、報告、次年度の役員選出、検討事項の討議)

会館及びOnlineでの参加者にGift cardをお渡しできるように手続き中です。

お手数ですが、ご家族の参加者一人づつの参加手続きをしていただきます。Covid-19の制約とOnlineのため、それぞれ40名までの参加者をとります。
