All current members are invited and encouraged to attend our Annual General Meeting. As a registered non-profit association, this gathering is one of the legal requirements we must fulfill each year. Although socialization opportunities will again be limited, due to the lingering effects of COVID-19, it is important as a member to be informed and engaged in your association’s activities.

Time: 2:00–3:15 pm (business portion)
             3:15–4:30 pm (information and demonstrations)
             4:45 pm bento dinner

This year we are planning for an in-person event. Depending on how many members might require it, we may provide a Zoom link to attend virtually. Please register on the EJCA website by October 14th. Alternatively, you can contact our office at 780-466-8166 or events@ejca.org.

Please register one member per one registration form so that you can select a dinner bento menu individually. 

２０２２　年次総会

EJCA２０２２年度会員の皆さまを、年次総会にご招待いたします。ご参加のほどよろしくお願いいたします。非営利団体として、年に一度総会を開くことは必要条件となっています。続く新型コロナウイルスの影響により例年のような社交の機会は限られてしまいますが、EJCAの活動について会員の皆様に知っていただくことは大切なことです。

開催日：１０月２２日土曜日

時間：午後２時〜３時１５分（総会）

　　　午後３時１５分〜４時半（インフォメーション＆実演・展示）

　　　午後４時４５分　お弁当

今年は会館で対面での開催を予定しております。オンライン参加のご希望が多ければ、Zoomリンクをご用意するかもしれません。お電話（780-466-8166）またはメール（events@ejca.org）でオフィスへお問合せいただくことも可能です。

事前登録をお済ませになった上で会館へ足を運んでくださる会員の方々へ、夕食としてお弁当を用意する予定です。開催時点での新型コロナウイルス感染症対策の規則に従って行います。

お弁当のメニューを個々に選べるように、参加者お一人づつの登録をお願いしております。
