This is a super unique Ramen workshop. Ted Asai, an EJCA member and a Ramen specialist at the Tokiwa Ramen restaurant, will have a hands-on workshop where you will learn how to make the best Ramen using ingredients you can buy in Edmonton!

Date/Time: Sunday, June 4, 10:00 am - 12:00 noon

Location: EJCA Kitchen

Registration fee: $30.00

EJCA Member who is over 18 years old only. Sorry but one person from one membership can register to the event because there are only 10 seats available. This limitation is coming from the capacity of the Kitchen. 

Registration deadline: May 28 or sooner when it reaches the maximum seating of 10 and the waitlist seating of 5.

Cancellation: Contact events@ejca.org no later than June 1, 2023. We will refund the fee. After June 2, no refund, but please let us know.

Please come to the Centre 5 minutes before the start time and get ready with your own apron and hair cover. Indoor shoes are required.

参加費：３0ドル　2023年度の18歳以上の会員が登録できます。一家からお一人だけ参加出来ます（EJCAキッチンの人数制限のため）

登録：　 5月28日または　10名の登録と数名の補欠がいっぱいになったら締め切ります。　

登録取り消し:　6月1日までに　events@ejca.org 　へご連絡ください。参加費をお返しします。6月2日以降の取り消しは参加費をお返しできませんが、必ずお知らせください。

当日は始まる5分前までに会館に来てご持参のエプロン、髪の毛の覆いを付けてください。室内履きをご用意ください。
