In this beginner-friendly workshop, you'll discover the meditative beauty of brush and ink.

Whether you're an art enthusiast or just curious about Japanese culture, this hands-on experience will introduce you to the fundamental techniques and philosophies under the guidance of master calligrapher, Ranko Shidehara.

By the end of the workshop, you’ll have your own noren (hanging artwork) to take home and display!

$20 fee: All materials included. No Japanese language or calligraphy experience required.
