Invitation to 2024 Annual General Meeting
All 2024 EJCA members are invited and encouraged to attend our Annual General Meeting. As a registered non-profit organization, this gathering is one of the legal requirements we must fulfill each year. It is important as a member to be informed and engaged in your association’s activities.

Agenda:
- Welcome
- Appointing Chair, Minutes taker, Facilitator, and roll call (A quorum of 25 members needed);
- Adopting the agenda;
- Adopting the minutes of the 2023 Annual General Meeting;
- President’s report;
- Reviewing the financial statements: the Association’s income, disbursements, assets and liabilities, and the auditor’s report;
- Appointing the auditors for 2024/2025;
- Electing the Members of the Board;
- Other specific motions;

- Milestone members in attendance (who turned to 77, 88, 99 year old in 2024)
- Presidential Award for Volunteer Excellence
- Next AGM
- Video presentation: "Gordon Hirabayashi"
- Adjournment
Note:
- Please send details to the secretary@ejca.org by October 15 if you have any specific motion.
- Your registration is appreciated though you may drop in.
- Please check the Special Age box in the registration form if you turned to 77, 88, 99-year-old in 2024.
Please register by October 18. Alternatively, you can email events@ejca.org for registration. Please list the names who are attending.
The Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon will be held from 1:00–3:00 pm on the same day. If you are invited to the Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon, please attend the AGM also.

EJCA2024年度会員の皆さまを、年次総会にご招待いたします。非営利団体として、年に一度総会を開くことは必要条件となっており、EJCAの活動について会員の皆様に知っていただくことはとても大切なことです。ご参加をお待ちしております。
開催日：１０月１９日土曜日 時間：午後３時30分〜４時45分
会場: EJCA 会館 6750 88 St NW, Edmonton, AB

お願い:
１．動議事項のある方は、10月15日までに詳細を secretary@ejca.org までメールでお知らせください。
2．当日予約なしで年次総会に参加することもできますが、登録していただくと便利です。
３．2024年中に77、88、99才になる方は、登録書の中の項目にお答えください。お祝いをいたします。
当日は1時―3時にボランティアへの感謝昼食会を行います。感謝昼食会にご参加になる方は是非、年次総会へもご出席ください。
