
Sushi Making Workshop by Izakaya Tomo
EJCA members have exclusive first access to this popular sushi-making class led by a professional chef. Learn the secrets behind the perfect rice and the precise art of slicing salmon before crafting your own feast.
The Menu: You’ll hand-craft (and enjoy!) a full spread:
- 1 Traditional Futomaki
- 1 California Roll
- 4 pieces of Nigiri
Date/Time: March 9th from 6:00 - 8:00 PM
☆Arrival Time: We kindly ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before the class starts, so we can begin on time and make the most of our sushi-making experience together.

Fee: $120 per person (EJCA member discount price)
Registration: Close on Monday, February 23, or sooner when the maximum 12 is reached.

1. Learn how to prepare sushi rice and ingredients 6:00~6:20
2. Learn how to prepare salmon from scratch 6:20~6:35
3. Watch a demo and sample roll by Yuwa 6:35~6:50
4. Hands-on practice: create your own roll 6:50~7:30
5. Take a photo of your sushi / Eating and tasting time! 7:30~8:00

Unfortunately, the Izakaya Tomo will not be able to offer refunds for this event. Your tickets can be transferred to other people if you can’t attend.
