To clarify: same as in the last years, this is a private event for our members & invited guests — Registration is required.
There’s so much to look forward to—bon odori, children’s games, wares and displays, onigiri, taiyaki, kakigori (shaved ice), a beer garden, cultural demonstrations—there’s just too much to list!
All EJCA members and guests including their families and friends are welcome! Please do register!
Rain or shine! If we must cancel due to severe weather, we will update this page by Thursday, July 9 at 8 pm - which may result in a smaller indoor event.
It's your chance to volunteer!
To make Natsu Matsuri 2026 as amazing as we can, we need assistance from volunteers! Please signup here and contact volunteering@ejca.org for questions.
How to sign up:
Visit our EJCA Connect page Natsu Matsuri Volunteer Shifts, for a full list of volunteer positions / shifts available, and choose the spot(s) you are able to support. You may have to sign up for that platform first.
We had asked for Coordinator volunteers earlier in the year, so expect to be able to work with these individuals: Natsu Matsuri Coordinators
Frequently Asked Questions:
We will have a combination of Cash and Card payments available, depending on the vendor, so it's best to come prepared for either. See below for the vendors and their choice of payments.
